Foreword by Nic Mhlongo.

The book version of the semi-autobiographical TV drama Molo Fish, about coming of age under apartheid.

Set in the late 1960s in the township of Noordgesig on the outskirts of Soweto. When teenager Darryl Malgas and his best friend discover a mutilated body hanging under a bridge, people speculate that the killing was motivated by someone wanting to make muti (traditional African medicine or magical charms).
